Meet the Flores family.
One of their many dreams was to own their own business and support their Long Island community.
After years of working for others in the car service industry, Jay, the patriarch of the family, was offered an opportunity to purchase an existing business.
After much discussion and revisiting finances, the Flores family was able to make their dream come true.
Now, everyone in the family contributes to making Jay’s Transport the best car service on Long Island.

I contacted the company and was assured that there is a new owner and I won't have to worry about the pickup. Reluctantly I booked car service (with car seats) to LGA for a very important family trip. The pickup time was 4:45AM so if the driver hadn't shown up we'd be totally screwed. As promised Jay arrived early in a very clean and well maintained vehicle complete with car seats. He could not have been nicer, the trip to LGA went smooth as silk and our family arrived at the airport intact and on time. We had zero issues and I will be using this service in the future. Kudos to Jay and Glenda for delivering on their word.
